Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the sausage meat, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to ensure it's smooth and even.
Place the sausage mixture in a log shape along one edge of the puff pastry.
