Ingredients

  • 200 g pork ground or thin-sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 200 g cooked noodles
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 green onion chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the noodles. Boil noodles until just tender, then drain and rinse under cold water. This stops the cooking and keeps them from getting mushy later. Toss them lightly in sesame oil to prevent sticking.
  • Sauté the garlic and pork. Heat a wok with a bit of oil, then add minced garlic until fragrant. Toss in the pork and cook until browned and crispy at the edges. Don’t rush this step—caramelized bits mean flavor!
  • Add the sauces and chili paste. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Stir well to coat the pork evenly. Taste and adjust the spice—remember, it’s easier to add heat than take it away!
  • Combine noodles and garnish. Add the noodles to the wok and toss everything together until glossy and well coated. Sprinkle with green onions for a pop of freshness. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
