1canabout 5 ounces of canned tuna
1/4cupmayonnaise
1tbspDijon mustard

Instructions
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a bit of flesh from each half to create a larger cavity for the tuna cream. Be careful not to pierce through the avocado skin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red onion, and chopped cilantro or parsley.
