Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Peel, core, and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces. Spread them on a baking tray and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 20-25 minutes until soft and caramelized.
While the apples bake, cook the oats. In a saucepan, combine oats and milk over medium heat. Stir frequently until the oats absorb the liquid and become creamy, about 10 minutes.
Stir the cranberries into the porridge and cook for another 2 minutes.
