Ingredients

  • 1 can of creamed corn 15 oz
  • 1 can of whole kernel corn drained (15 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix 8.5 oz
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs.
  • Stir in the corn muffin mix until just combined, then fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
