Funeral Potatoes, a rich and comforting casserole dish, is a staple in many households, particularly in the western United States, often associated with Mormon culture and potluck gatherings. Its name comes from its tradition of being served at post-funeral luncheons, especially in Utah and surrounding states.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the casserole is bubbling and the top is golden and crispy.
